Buy USDC / cash out (Transak)

Identity checks, Interac/card payments, missing USDC, refunds, and limits are Transak's. Open Transak support (chat on that site). We never received the CAD or USDC, so we cannot issue a refund from Openhand.

Wallet and keys

If you used email or a passkey, that wallet is Privy's infrastructure. If you connected MetaMask or another extension, that vendor's support applies. Openhand does not hold a backup of your keys.

On-chain deposits

Protocol positions live on Aave, Lido, Yearn, and similar contracts you signed to. Check the transaction on a block explorer. We cannot move funds on your behalf.
